HAMPTON INN & SUITES CRABTREE, Raleigh – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although spotless, had some minor issues like a door that didn't open easily and a cold, low-pressure shower. The bed was very nice though. The service provided by Ericka and the staff was top-notch, with their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness shining through. The location, while very good for access to Raleigh and the Crabtree Mall, had some cleanliness issues that were a bit frustrating. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, particularly the bountiful and delicious evening offerings. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, with a few minor setbacks.

The service was top-notch, with cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable staff ready to assist with any needs. The dining options were excellent, changing frequently and offering a variety of European dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, with good exercise equipment and shuttle services available, enhancing the overall experience.
